Shipping Policy

Every Golf Grotto order is carefully prepared and packaged before being dispatched.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We ship to customers all over the world, and shipping is free on every order.

Delivery Times
Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, so you know your Golf Grotto Advent Calendar is on its way.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
