30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Golf Grotto Advent Calendar. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at support.thegolfgrotto@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Returning Your Item
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the outer packaging
Once we've reviewed your photos, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the damaged item.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and checked, or your damage claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
